We are looking for a Junior HR Referent, who will strengthen the team in Garching near Munich.
Must have:
- Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on human resources or have completed a comparable course of study and have initial experience in the area of human resource
- Being confident in dealing with laws (wage tax, social security and other labor law)
- Both German and English at least on B2 level (written and spoken)
- Handling sensitive data
Nice to have:
- Previous experience with payroll accounting
Your tasks:
- Maintaining personnel files
- Setup, administration and maintenance of various HR IT tools (e.g. engage!, MyOnboarding)
- Planning, implementation and improvement of the onboarding and offboarding process
- Administration, maintenance and evaluation of employee time recording
- Preparation and execution of payroll accounting with DATEV
