Your main tasks:
- Analyzing and documenting requirements.
- Providing comments on the testability of requirements using the DOORS requirements management tool.
- Participating in meetings with the customer to address unclear requirements.
- Conducting a detailed analysis of accepted requirements.
- Creating a test specification.
- Documenting the test specification in the OCTANE Tool.
- Automating specified test cases using the ECU test program.
- Validating automated test cases on the HIL/MiniHIL.
- Investigating the cause of identified errors.
- Conducting error retests across various testing scenarios
- Documenting errors in the appropriate PBM tool (such as Jira or Octane).
What we require:
- Educational Background: Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or a related field.
- HIL System Experience: Proficiency in dealing with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems, particularly using dSpace.
- Software Tools: Familiarity with tools and programs such as ETAS, Vector, Inca, Lauterbach, and Esys.
- Functional Testing: Experience in creating and enhancing functional tests
- Bus Communication Protocols: A solid understanding of bus communication protocols in vehicle electronics, especially CAN.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both English and German languages.
- Problem-Solving approach: Solution-oriented mindset, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.
What makes your application stand out:
- Programming Languages: Familiarity with Python and C/C++ is advantageous.
- Simulink Expertise: Practical experience with Simulink and the ability to analyze Simulink models.
- Knowledge of an ECU test tool.
- Certifications: Possessing ISTQB certificates at the Basic Level is a positive.
- Additional knowledge related to electric vehicles in the drive domain is beneficial.

Employment contract for an indefinite period with a trial period
