For our client with whom we have been cooperating continuously for years and have successfully employed many satisfied employees we are looking for a Technical Project Lead for Test and Validation.
Due to the winning of further large and long-term testing projects and the related constant expansion of the team, the company is looking for employees to support in leading testing projects.
The ideal applicant knows very well testing methodologies and processes of ECUs, has hands-on experience in testing and already first experience in coordination or leading tasks or projects and is willing to take up project leading tasks in Automotive sector.
Your tasks:
- You will be responsible for planning, coordination and technical implementation of the customer’s requirements within the planned time frame and project budget.
- Leading the whole test activities within a testing projects.
- Definition of concepts and solutions for testing and validation for the vehicles of tomorrow.
- Development of test cases and support of the validation process.
- Decision on the use of suitable in-house developed solutions in order to achieve the project goals.
- You will be a competent contact person for status tracking and synchronisation between customers (OEMs) and the test team.
- Reporting to upper levels.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge in Test and Validation of ECUs.
- Hands-on experience in ECU testing (e.g. as Integration or System Tester).
- Knowledge of the software product development process in the automotive domain (OEM, Tier1) as well as in requirements analysis, creation and validation.
- Initial experience with coordinating and leading tasks.
- Knowledge of the common automotive bus communication systems like CAN, LIN, Flexray, Automotive Ethernet, CAN-FD.
- Skillful with customer communication and issue resolutions.
- At least basic knowledge of programming languages (C++, Python, Java, C# or similar) would be helpful.
- Excellent German and English skills.
