Responsibilities:
- You’ll meticulously identify abnormalities and errors in high-voltage control units. This involves thorough analysis, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement robust testing methodologies addressing risk detection, error detection, and timing.
- Dive deep into control units, diagnosing issues down to the component level.
- Conduct in-depth circuit diagram studies and detailed measurements to understand system behavior.
- Keep analysis test benches in top shape for accurate results.
- Continuously improve system performance by creating additional analysis orders.
- Prepare comprehensive analysis reports and document findings in the analysis database.
- Develop commissioning protocols detailing tests conducted, results obtained, and release recommendations or restrictions.
- Effectively communicate findings during presentations and handover processes.
- Oversee HV control unit inventory for efficient storage.
Your Profile:
- High-Voltage Components and Electromobility: In-depth knowledge of these areas.
- Hardware Experience: Hands-on experience with PCB redesign, signal sampling, and component modifications.
- Switched-Mode Power Converters: Understanding of switched-mode power converters (including DCDC/DCAC converters) and their embedded implementation.
- Circuit Diagram Interpretation: Proficient in interpreting circuit diagrams and analyzing electronic faults.
- Education: Completed studies in electrical engineering, automotive technology, or a comparable field.
- Key Skills: Teamwork, resilience, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and excellent communication.
- Language Proficiency: Very good spoken and written German and English (C1 level).

Employment contract for an indefinite period with a trial period
