We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Developer for a long-term project opportunity.
The main responsibility will be contributing to the development of a web-based testing framework, an innovative company-owned product, designed to automate the validation and verification of embedded systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain custom developer tools and editor plugins in VS Code (Visual Studio Code) aimed at improving coding workflows.
- Implement and deliver web-based applications leveraging modern front-end libraries and frameworks.
- Work closely with teammates to connect editor tooling with back-end services and external APIs.
- Produce clear, maintainable, and well-structured code in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.
- Contribute to peer reviews and take part in discussions on system architecture and technical design.
- Diagnose and fix defects, optimize performance, and handle cross-platform integration challenges.
Requirements
- Demonstrated hands-on experience creating editor extensions or developer productivity tools in VS Code – Visual Studio Code(open source, personal, or professional work).
- Strong grasp of front-end application development, including HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.).
- Competence with both JavaScript/TypeScript and Python at an intermediate level or above.
- Familiarity with common development tools such as Node.js, package managers (npm/yarn), and version control systems (git).
- Knowledge of API integration concepts, especially REST-based communication between client and server.
- Ability to manage tasks autonomously and stay organized in distributed or hybrid team setups.
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting abilities, combined with a readiness to adopt new technologies.
