Your key responsibilities include:
- Designing, enhancing, and executing projects, processes, and policies.
- Tracking project performance and providing regular updates to department leadership.
- Collaborating on initiatives such as OKRs, P&I planning, and aligning with the overarching business strategy.
- Organizing cross-departmental meetings and fostering effective communication among stakeholders.
- Driving the planning and execution of actions aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and achieving organizational objectives.
- Actively engaging with employees to encourage problem identification, solution development, and the implementation of efficiency improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Practical project management experience is preferred, but a strong foundation in project management methodologies and tools is essential.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with automotive development processes is advantageous.
- Fluency in German and English, with a minimum proficiency level of B2.
