About
We are currently looking for a software developer to join an existing team.
The primary responsibility of the team is to support departments focused on automated testing of automotive ECU modules. This support is provided through the development of dedicated software solutions, creation of testing frameworks, integration of existing tools, and automation of key processes. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient, scalable, and maintainable systems that streamline testing workflows.

- Development of new tools and application.
- New feature implementation for existing solutions.
- Establishing software integrations and interfaces across various applications.
- Further automating processes to boost efficiency.
- Engaging with internal clients, colleagues, and project contributors.
- Maintenance and integration activities.
- Employing version control technologies for documentation and review purposes.
Requirements
- You already possess a solid understanding of modern software architectures and methodologies that follow object-oriented principles.
- You have a solid understanding and experience of Python and you are able to operate independently.
- You have in-depth knowledge of the OOP approach.
- Knowledge of any OOP languages, like C++, C#, or Java.
- Initial experience with embedded/automotive testing methodologies.
- You have experience and knowledge of APIs (e.g. REST, SOAP).
- You understand network protocols such as TCP/IP, and HTTP/HTTPS.
- You’re already familiar with developing tools and frameworks.
- English proficiency at C1 level or above.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the common automotive bus communication systems like CAN, LIN, Flexray, Automotive Ethernet, CAN-FD.
- Understanding of automotive product development life cycle and the V -model
- German language skills.
